The newest builds of both MetaDraw .NET Winforms 4 and TList .NET Winforms 4 were made especially for the .NET Framework 4.0. As these components were built using VC++ they have a dependency upon the Microsoft VC run-time libraries : MSVCR100.DLL and MSCOREE.dll.
These should already be a part of the .NET Framework 4 so should not be needed with your application install kit, but please be aware of this just in case.
If your users have a problem with loading of TList or MetaDraw when your application is loaded, check that the Microsoft DLL's are properly installed on the user's computer.
These files ( and merge files you can include as part of your install kit ) are typically included with Visual Studio 2010 and may be found in Program Files\Common. The DLLs may also be installed on any computer using the MS Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable package downloadable from Microsoft at :
