MetaDraw as Animated Gif container !

MetaDraw allows you to mix multiple animated GIF images within an overall layout.

You can even allow users to Drag the animated objects around, or to resize them.
Try switching to Select mode and drag an object,
then switch back to view mode to see the animation.
The other buttons will allow you to draw or add text together with the animated elements.

Here we see MetaDraw in a web page. You can easily do the same using MetaDraw in any Windows programming environment ( VB, VB.NET, C++, C# , Delphi, FoxPro, Access, ...). To see the code used here, just right click on the web page and select "View Source"
