Be sure to complete each field. We may not be able to respond directly to each
new feature request due to time constraints, but we encourage you to submit the
request none the less.

Product Support Requirement:

To assist you in resolving any functionality issues we will request the following:

  • A WinZip file containing a very simple visual basic sample project that reproduces the issues of your concern.
  • The serial number of your Bennet-Tec Control or if your using a trial version.
  • The version of the Bennet-Tec Control OCX file you are using.
  • The programming environment and version.
  • The operating system and version.

Your Sample Project must:

  • Be small (single form - with the minimal amount of code (10-15 lines) that reproduces the issues).
  • Have detailed comments within the code (explaining what each line of code is doing).
  • A ReadMe.txt file (explain in detail what your expected results are, and what the actual results are).
  • Also include copies of any files being loaded at design time or run time.
  • Don't change the default settings for the Design time properties - instead initialize the control using code.

NOTE: Without all of the above information we will not be able to assist you in a timely manner.

NOTE: All issues submitted that pertain to the incorrect functionality of a Bennet-Tec control MUST have a VB Sample attached that meets the Product Support Requirement above.
