Located in Jericho ( mid Nassau County, 26 miles east of NYC ) Bennet-Tec Information Systems develops flexible off-the-shelf software components for use by other developers worldwide and additionally provides a full range of software development services, creating Windows and Web applications to fit our customers specifications. Immediate Openings:

Senior Windows and Web Programmer ( see description - Senior Technical Staff below )       This position must be filled within the next 10 days ! Requirements ˇ 2+ years experience, ˇ VB 6, ASP and ASP.NET ˇ VB.NET or C# ˇ Database programming ( ADO, RDO, DAO ) ˇ Familiary with use of commercial ActiveX and .NET components ˇ Strong spoken and written English Language proficiency ˇ US Citizen or Green Card Holder ( no H1-B applicants ) ˇ Experience building ActiveX and .NET components ˇ Enjoyment of programming and Enthusiasm ˇ Ability to work independantly and in teams ˇ Ability to start in early to mid March Additional Valued Skills ˇ VC++, Java, JavaScript, VBA ˇ Programming for Windows Mibile edition / pocket PC ˇ XML / XSL ˇ Experience building Java Applets ˇ Familiarity with Statistical Analysis

• Marketing Staff
  Motivated individuals to take the lead in developing new markets for Bennet-Tec products - In addition to our existing ActiveX components, Bennet-Tec is developing several new end-user products. These individual will help define requirements, seek opportunities and markets, and negotiate contracts with OEM's and marketing partners.

• Technical Sales / Project Managment Staff
  Sales Coordinators / Project Mangers for our expanding contract based services - The individual will be equally at home in sales and technical management. He/She will meet with clients, conduct requirement assessments, prepare proposals, and coordinate the project schedule.

• Senior Technical Staff

  Immediate Job Opportunity - Urgent Need Now !

  Developers in Visual Basic, C++, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, and JAVA. We offer senior programmers a great deal of flexibility as well as a chance to work with the latest in Windows technology. Opportunities include both in-house development and client site placements.
  • Create and Support ActiveX and .NET components
  • Create and support end-user Windows and Web applications
  • Interact directly with customers ( primarily by e-mail, sometimes by phone or in person) gathering requirements preparing specifications, providing support
• Entry Level Staff
  Technical support personnel- working with users of our ActiveX controls. This is REAL PROGRAMMING - working with customers around the world who program with our controls in VB, Delphi, C++, Oracle... An excellent opportunity to prove your talents and to develop your problem solving skills. You won't find a better learning environment. (entry level positions may be either full or part time).

• Independent Consultants
  Bennet-Tec frequently receives projects, some may be beyond our current resources. In cases like these we would like to make referrals to qualified consultants, especially consultants familiar with our product line.

All staff will be expected to communicate with client on one level or another and require strong English Language communication skills.
